VCF Membership Signup

Signing up to the VCF

Membership of VCF is open to all who are in sympathy with our aims and objectives and who are willing to agree with our Declaration of Faith.

We do not charge a membership fee, so you are welcome to join for free.

However, the majority of VCF’s income comes from member donations, so in order to fund our work we do have suggested annual donations as previously listed.

We are in the process of updating the form below so it is clearer how to join without donating. In the meantime, if you do not wish to donate at this time, please select the correct option for your job role, then in the ‘payment options’ section please select ‘Sort donation later or by another payment method’.

If you do wish to donate, thank you! Donations may be made online, by card, (we use Stripe, a secure online payment processor, to process all our payments online) or alternatively you can donate by cheque or standing order, please use the forms at the bottom of the main orange and green 'Join' page.

If you wish to give a different amount please insert the additional amount into the box below.

We encourage all who are eligible, to Gift Aid their giving. If you are able to do this, please use the declaration below, or the downloadable form on the main orange and green 'Join' page.

If you have any issues with this form, please feel free to contact our Secretary, Ali, via info@vcf.org.uk and she can register your membership manually.

Gift Aid It?

Gift Aid increases the value of your donations to VCF by allowing us to reclaim basic rate tax on your gift, meaning we can claim 25% on top of your donation. For example, on a £60 donation, we can claim back an additional £15 gift aid on your behalf.

We can only reclaim Gift Aid if you are a UK taxpayer. We will use your registered address to allow HMRC to identify you as a current UK taxpayer. More about Gift Aid.

By selecting 'Yes' above you are confirming that you are a UK taxpayer and that you understand that if you pay less Income Tax and/or Capital Gains Tax than the amount of Gift Aid claimed on all your donations in that tax year it is your responsibility to pay any difference.

If you pay Income Tax at the higher or additional rate and want to receive the additional tax relief due to you, you must include all your Gift Aid donations on your Self-Assessment tax return or ask HM Revenue and Customs to adjust your tax code.

Please notify VCF finance@vcf.org.uk if you:
  • want to cancel this declaration
  • change your name or home address
  • no longer pay sufficient tax on your income and/or capital gains tax
