This covers attendance, food and accommodation, unless stated otherwise
Accommodation at the centre is basic but comfortable. The centre has been refurbished in recent years and is very nice. Most beds are bunk beds, but there is one twin room, which will be allocated based on need. The centre is single-storey and accessible for disabled visitors. The number of beds is limited, so please book early! Day guests are welcome, but we strongly encourage you to stay on site, as the best fellowship and memories are made when living and eating together. We will keep families in rooms together, but to maximise space, we may ask single attendees to share single-sex room

Gift Aid It?

Gift Aid increases the value of your donations to VCF by allowing us to reclaim basic rate tax on your gift, meaning we can claim 25% on top of your donation. For example, on a £60 donation, we can claim back an additional £15 gift aid on your behalf.

We can only reclaim Gift Aid if you are a UK taxpayer. We will use your registered address to allow HMRC to identify you as a current UK taxpayer. More about Gift Aid.

By selecting 'Yes' above you are confirming that you are a UK taxpayer and that you understand that if you pay less Income Tax and/or Capital Gains Tax than the amount of Gift Aid claimed on all your donations in that tax year it is your responsibility to pay any difference.

If you pay Income Tax at the higher or additional rate and want to receive the additional tax relief due to you, you must include all your Gift Aid donations on your Self-Assessment tax return or ask HM Revenue and Customs to adjust your tax code.
