“BCVA and SVS are busy conferences with packed technical and social programmes. It is always such a privilege and joy to take out an hour at the start of one of the mornings to meet, to open God’s word together and to pray for each other and for all the other delegates.
We reflected how we think we’ve each been trying to do this for about 10 years now (since Gareth was president of BCVA and I was president of SVS) so it is accepted as a part of the programme. And despite everything else of importance, it is always the absolute highlight of the conference for some of us.”
