We are excited to announce that bookings for the Scotland Regional Weekend in October 2026 are now open! Please can you consider booking sooner rather than later, as we need to plan some aspects of the weekend well in advance. We are returning to the Cairngorms Centre in Kincraig, set amidst the stunning Scottish Highlands. We invite VCF friends from all over Scotland and beyond to join us for a wonderful weekend of fellowship, fun, and teaching from God’s Word. Travel options: The centre is very easily accessible, close to the A9. Car transport is the most flexible, but there is a train station in Aviemore (15 mins drive away) or Kingussie (10 mins away), and there are buses to Kincraig (the village the centre is in). Please contact admin@vcf.org.uk if you are travelling by public transport and would like to see if a pickup from the station is possible.
Accommodation at the centre is basic but comfortable. The centre has been refurbished in recent years and is very nice. Most beds are bunk beds, but there is one twin room, which will be allocated based on need. The centre is single-storey and accessible for disabled visitors. The number of beds is limited, so please book early! Day guests are welcome, but we strongly encourage you to stay on site, as the best fellowship and memories are made when living and eating together. We will keep families in rooms together, but to maximise space, we may ask single attendees to share single-sex rooms.
Families: We warmly invite families to participate in the VCF fellowship. Although there will be no dedicated children’s activities over the weekend, families are very welcome, and arrangements will be made to ensure children have a wonderful time. Parents, please get in touch for further details.
Speaker: We are thrilled to welcome Joel Nicholas as our speaker for the weekend. Joel is a youth minister at Gorebridge Parish Church, Midlothian. He has extensive experience working with young people, but is also very passionate about talking about Jesus with everyone! The topic for the weekend is currently to be confirmed.
